That's some nice artwork you have, I like the way you made them. For your car I would suggest you add more details. Have a look on my profile there is a Flash Flip Book called Camaro REVENGE its a car made in illustrator for a school project. You have to let it load though its over 10MB.

oh, haha. i'm much too lazy to add more details. i didnt want to make it too detailed, either, since it would pop too much in the vast sea of other images its going to be with. c:

Yea Vectors are better left simple. Complex vector images really take a lot of patience.

Vector artwork is made using Adobe Illustrator. Every shape or item you make in that program is a mathematical object meaning you can make it 2 inches by 2 inches and enlarge it to 3000 inches by 3000 inches and it won't lose quality. Look into google: Vector Girl or Vector Car. Theres a Vector car on my DeviantArt as well.
